After returning from Supetar, Croatia, where he had acquired a resort property portfolio which encompassed a large part of the village of Supetar, Jeff Blackard decided to build a village in the same community he had built thousands of homes in over a dozen subdivisions. Adriatica is the $250+ million project that combines small shops, a bell tower, condominiums, flats, and a variety of other uses that sees houses well over $1 million just a matter of yards from a starter apartment. Adriatica proves that people of different backgrounds can live together and support the community that they live in.
